The idea for a new winery came from the desire to continue improving the level of quality of our wines. To do so it is essential to have the right facility, efficient and with spaces designed for day to day activities.

So the project took shape around the barrel cellar, the hub of the wine's life in the winery. Big spaces, great cleanliness and dark colours enhanced by never invasive plays of light.

And then there is the marriage of design and efficiency: architecturally it has been planned down to the smallest detail to ensure that every particular is unique, but still practical in order to optimize work. So steel and glass play the leading role, perfectly integrated with the large, open, light-filled spaces. Efficiency, on the other hand, is built on the working needs of the winery, which Clerico knows very well after so many harvests.
